I have recently started training with grandmaster southard and to tell the truth i thought that i was pretty confident in my abilities,but after just a few sessions i realized i had ALOT to learn. i am just getting into law enforcement and this training should be adopted by the justice academy as its subject control training it is by leaps and bounds better
