I will be holding a women’s self-defense class on November 18, at the B&G Community Building. Read below for details.

If you’re interested in participating in this class, please let me know. Older children are welcome to join as well. You will feel more empowered and confident in your ability to defend yourself after taking this class. $50 per person.
