While we agree whole heartedly with self defense for women, we strongly advise one-on-one training in Reality Based Self Defense, as taught by Grandmaster Tony Southard.

There are some techniques being taught to both women and men that can get them seriously hurt if not killed, and it’s important to know how to defend yourself in a way that you control the situation.

Please consider training in person by Grandmaster Tony Southard, such as at the next open seminar in Rexburg,Idaho on June 25th-27th 2009.
